How to Conquer Social Anxiety

"If you are going to buy only one book on social anxiety,
this is it.This book that not only compassionately
presents various perspectives on social anxiety,
but it also offers a vast array of solutions.
It turned out to be more of a "self help"
book than I expected in more areas than
just shyness. The author had experience
in social anxiety, so he really hit home
with things he expressed. I was able to
finally overcome my social anxiety
thanks to this book!"

Tips On Overcoming Social Anxiety

Being a sufferer of social anxiety disorder for the past ten years myself, I know just how debilitating and life-limiting social anxiety disorder can be. I’ve read countless articles and read just about every book on social anxiety that exists, I tried working with many therapists, listened to cognitive behavioral audio sessions, self medicated and tried medication prescribed by my psychiatrists and NONE OF IT WORKED!

I was just about to give up on trying to overcome social anxiety and thought I was just going to let it be, because there is simply nothing I could do about it. Until, I discovered one method that did work for me and I’m still using that “guide” today to keep my social anxiety in check. Overcoming social anxiety as I found out is not something you do once and then forget about it, it requires a whole life style change. I can now proudly and loudly say that I’m getting rid of my social anxiety!

On this blog I will be talking about my experiences with social anxiety and what is FINALLY helping me overcome it. Hopefully my experience with social anxiety will help other people who are struggling.
