Being a sufferer of social anxiety disorder for the past ten years myself, I know just how debilitating and life-limiting social anxiety disorder can be. I’ve read countless articles and read just about every book on social anxiety that exists, I tried working with many therapists, listened to cognitive behavioral audio sessions, self medicated and tried medication prescribed by my psychiatrists and NONE OF IT WORKED!

I was just about to give up on trying to overcome social anxiety and thought I was just going to let it be, because there is simply nothing I could do about it. Until, I discovered one method that did work for me and I’m still using that “guide” today to keep my social anxiety in check. Overcoming social anxiety as I found out is not something you do once and then forget about it, it requires a whole life style change. I can now proudly and loudly say that I’m getting rid of my social anxiety!

On this blog I will be talking about my experiences with social anxiety and what is FINALLY helping me overcome it. Hopefully my experience with social anxiety will help other people who are struggling.
